Einkorn Boule (Assorted Flavours)
Join our family of Einkorn bread enthusiasts when you taste our Einkorn Boule. This free form Einkorn loaf is made from an unenriched dough simply made with grain, salt, sourdough. Hints of olive oil. With airy holes, this bread is well suited for crostini, breakfast toast, bruschetta, fondue and charcuterie.
Assorted flavours rotate daily and include: plain, pumpkin seed & sunflower seeded, cranberry & walnut

**Sifted Einkorn is used in our breads, it retains both wheat germ and smaller bran. Our Unsifted Einkorn customization is available for select products and it additionally retains the largest bran, which results in a slightly denser loaf. We do not make any white flour, only whole grain flours.
Our Einkorn bread is flavourful and has only a mild sourdough tang. We bake everything without the use of chemicals, preservatives or additives. You'll taste the difference and see why people are switching to Einkorn.
