This 8-inch cake is made with a light Einkorn sponge. This cake is topped with a generous portion of our in-house made vanilla bean pastry cream containing flavours of cocoa butter and vanilla. Leavened only through manual techniques. Covered with fresh organic fruit, such as strawberries when in season, or an alternative organic fruit available. This cake is the perfect level of sweetness, not too sweet. Contains Egg. No Dairy. Available by pick-up or local delivery only (Oakville/Burlington/Mississauga/Milton).
