*Our Egg-free version results in a slightly crumblier texture however still very delicious! If you have purchased our bread at one of the plant-based markets we support then you have enjoyed our egg-free versions! Yum!
**Sifted Einkorn is used in our signature sandwich bread, it retains both wheat germ and smaller bran. We do not make any white flour, only whole grain flours.
***Sugar content is very low and is not used for sweetening. It is 1.5 tablespoons per loaf, approximately 1.5g added cane sugar per average slice.
Our Einkorn bread is flavourful and has only a mild sourdough tang. We bake everything without the use of chemicals, preservatives or additives. You'll taste the difference and see why people are switching to Einkorn.
