Fresh figs on caramel, over a cardamom and olive oil Einkorn cake.
Soft, warm and a little bit special. Fresh figs rest on a bed of caramel, on top of a moist cake made with fresh-milled Einkorn, organic sourdough and olive oil. Cardamom and Madagascar vanilla bean and hints of lemon add a gentle warmth, and the figs bring natural sweetness. Baked from scratch and made to be shared.
