The 8-inch round cake is made from featuring figs in a bed caramel on top of a cardamom, vanilla and olive oil Einkorn coffee cake. It tempts with its enticing aromas of fig, cardamom, and caramel. Moist and soaked with caramel sauce, the sponge cake incorporates fresh figs, hints of sourdough and a touch of cardamom, blending complex flavours with sweetness for a perfectly balanced cake that is flavourful yet not overly sweet. Contains Egg. No Dairy. Available by pick-up or local delivery only (Oakville/Burlington/Mississauga/Milton).
