This is a remake of our pâte sucree tart turned into a crumble and combined in a cup layered with delicious in-house made coconut yogurt with super-food probiotics for brain and gut health. The Einkorn Pâte Sucrée crumble is made from our french pastry crust. Our dairy-free coconut cream yogurt is specifically cultured with L. Reuteri, L. Rhamonsus and B. Longum/B. infantis; and layered with fresh fruit or an in-house made fruit compôte. Enjoy a naturally sweet and tangy treat that will make you feel even better.
