Pumpkin Flan Einkorn Cake
This 10-inch cake with a hollowed out centre is crafted from our Einkorn olive oil cake made with seasonings fresh ground so the natural oils lend both medicinal value and flavours to this cake including clove, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. The cake is sweetened with reduced organic cane sugar and organic apple cider juice. The cake is topped with a pumpkin/squash flan containing our in-house made sweetened condensed coconut milk with a layer of caramel on top. This cake is a show piece for sharing with delicious layers of flavours to fill your palette and discuss with your friends! Contains Egg. No Dairy.
