Strawberry/Fruit Sponge Flan Cake
This 8-inch cake is made with a light Einkorn sponge. This cake is topped with a generous portion of our in-house made vanilla bean pastry cream containing flavours of cocoa butter and vanilla. Leavened only through manual techniques. Finally, decorated with fresh organic fruit-organic Strawberries when in season, or an alternative organic fruit available. This cake is the perfect level of sweetness, not too sweet. Contains Egg. No Dairy. Available by pick-up or local delivery only (Oakville/Burlington/Mississauga/Milton).
