The Einkorn Quiche Lorraine is a meal sized flaky tart filled with smoked onions, garlic, paprika, sweet peppers, digestion-friendly dairy-free cheese and pasture-raised eggs- all baked to perfection. Hard to eat just one, but filling for a meal. Freezes well for weekly lunches and dinners.
